The Washington County Home is seeking qualified applicants for open Resident Assistant positions.

Join our team that assists our residents in activities of daily living!

Duties include (but not limited to) :

  • Assisting residents with personal care.
  • Vital signs.
  • Reporting concerns to nurses.
  • Ensuring resident safety.

    • The starting pay rate is $15.34 / hr with a shift differential.

    Current openings :

  • Part-Time (1-3 shifts per week, including 2 weekends / month) for 6am-2pm
  • Part-Time (1-3 shifts per week, including 2 weekends / month) for 2pm-10pm.
  • Part-Time (1-3 shifts per week, including 2 weekends / month) for 10pm-6am.
  • PRN (as scheduled, minimum of 16 hours per month - can include partial shifts)

    • These can be combined to make full-time if the applicant is interested.
