What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSISTANT PROSECUTING ATTORNEY position at Washington County Prosecutor's Office?
The Washington County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. The Assistant Prosecuting Attorney will independently manage a felony caseload and represent the State of Ohio in criminal matters at the trial level before the Washington County Court of Common Pleas under the general supervision of the Prosecuting Attorney. The position may also assist and support the office in juvenile, appeals, and civil matters as needed. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Supreme Court of Ohio.
