Licensed Clinical Social Worker
IN THE
Washington County
Court Support Services Department
FULL TIME WITH BENEFITS
$26.00-$34.34 per hour DOE/License
Under the general direction of the Washington County Sheriff's Office, conducts evidence based mental health and substance use evaluations to adults that participate in the Washington County Court Support Service Program at the primary facility or elsewhere as needed. Prepares individual assessment report, and a case action plan including an accredited treatment/supervision recommendation. Testifies in court as required. (This is a grant funded position and the position may be eliminated if funding is discontinued.)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from college with a Masters degree in social work, science, criminal justice or a related field preferred.
- Valid State Licensure
Working knowledge of: Evidence based assessment, substance use and behavioral health practice methods and techniques; Criminogenic risk factors and treatment modes; principles and practices of social assessment; assessment of trauma, language and cognitive ability; criminal justice system; laws, ordinances, and policies relevant to work performed.
