Our appointment-only showroom specializes in certified diamonds and handcrafted platinum and gold jewelry. We are seeking a polished, professional, and personable Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to guide clients through their jewelry purchases and provide an unparalleled customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Assist clients in selecting engagement rings, fine jewelry, and custom pieces.
- Educate customers on diamond quality, settings, and design options.
- Provide personalized consultations in a professional, low-pressure environment.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through relationship-based selling.
- Customer Service & Operations:
- Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and respond to web appointment requests.
- Assist with daily jewelry handling, pick-ups, and deliveries.
- Maintain client records and manage follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Support business projects and maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Manage end-to-end project life cycle for customer orders, from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Assist with new inventory intake - including product photography and web preparation.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior extensive experience in a sales or customer service role within fine jewelry, high-end retail, luxury goods, or real estate is a must. Please show proof of experience in resume or cover letter to be considered.
- Associate's degree or higher, or relevant work experience will be considered.
- Confidence in guiding customers through purchasing decisions while maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Outgoing, patient, and able to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Trustworthy and professional conduct at all times.
- Proficiency in computer operations. (MacOS, GoogleSuites, & more)
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Professional and polished phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Access to reliable transportation and willingness to undergo screening.
Hours of Operation:
- Open: Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM
- Closed: Sunday and Monday
- Seasonal/Holiday Hours Vary
- Closed on major holidays and an extended holiday season break.
