Responsibilities:
- Daily setup/preparation and organization of the café.
- Moderate food preparation.
- Assures that the café is operating on posted schedule.
- Handles all preparation and opening of the café including food items, equipment, and cashier responsibilities.
- Ensures proper closing procedures.
- Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and organization of cafeteria.
- Performs a daily inventory of food and beverage items and properly rotates and stocks all food and beverage.
- Refers communication, guest feedback, and any potential or guest dissatisfactions to the Manager.
- Assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous café attendant or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Standing or walking to a significant degree.
- Developed English skills
