Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily walkthroughs and visibly assess the cleanliness of guest rooms.
• Acquires the daily housekeeping report, fills out daily worksheets for each floor
• Coordinates with the Front Desk for any changes to the housekeeping report.
• Thoroughly inspect all vacant rooms, dirty rooms, stayover rooms and cleaned rooms, VIP rooms and reports any issues.
• Ensures that rooms are stocked properly and deep cleaned daily.
• Reviews all housekeeping assignments for completion at the end of the shift and confirms that all have been inspected.
• Completes room inspection sheets per room attendant per assigned area.
• Reports maintenance problems to Engineering on proper form as well as coordinates special projects.
• Prepares work orders as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or related professional area.
• Developed English skills (written and orally)
• Strong attention to detail
• Frequent bending, standing and walking.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
