Responsibilities:
- Provide quality service to all restaurant guests.
- Provide efficient and friendly food and beverage service in the restaurant.
- Write guests checks to prescribed specifications and uses a computerized machine to pre-check items.
- Work as a team player.
- Complete all opening and closing duties.
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, and organization of restaurant items.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant server experience preferred.
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Developed English language skills (both written and orally) to communicate with other employees, guests, or vendors as needed.
- Fine Dining experience
- Wine knowledge
- Walking or standing to a significant degree.
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale system
