We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Intake Specialist, a client-facing role that blends financial expertise, legal intake, and Medicaid benefits planning.

Key Responsibilities
This role encompasses a variety of tasks to ensure clients receive exceptional care, from the intake process to finalizing estate planning documents.
Client Interaction and Intake
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience in person, by phone, and via email.
- Guide clients through onboarding, including registration for the MyCase client portal, document uploads, and personal information forms.
- Schedule and coordinate client consultations and follow-up meetings.
- Manage client calendars and prioritize tasks using tools like Outlook and MyCase.
- Coordinate and register attendees for monthly estate planning workshops (in-person, video conferencing, or webinars).
- Assist in the setup and facilitation of workshops.
Medicaid Benefits Planning (50% of the Role)

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is :
Compensation and Benefits
Location : Onsite, 5x per week in beautiful Edmonds (near the water!)
Compensation : $50,000–$65,000 base salary performance-based bonuses
Bonuses : Earn an additional $100–$150 per case completed , with top performers exceeding $80K per year
