POSTED ON 2/11/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/11/2025

Position Summary:
The Part-Time Practice Manager keeps OECP running smoothly by handling the operational and administrative details that make a significant impact. From credentialing and revenue cycle oversight to provider onboarding and stakeholder coordination, this role is all about making sure things get done efficiently and correctly while working 20 to 25 hours per week in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credentialing & Provider Onboarding – Make sure new providers are set up for success from day one. Work with MultiCare credentialing teams to get everything in place—privileges, payer enrollment, and recredentialing—without delays.
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Oversight – Keep an eye on billing and collections, flag issues early, and make sure leadership knows when something needs attention.
  • Operational & Administrative Support – Keep things organized. Manage schedules, track compliance, and handle reporting so operations stay on course.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management – Be the go-to person for hospital administrators and external partners. Keep communication clear, address issues fast, and make sure everyone stays on the same page.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge – Stay on top of compliance and make sure OECP meets credentialing, billing, and healthcare regulations without issues.
  • Project Management & Execution – Take ownership of key projects that improve how OECP operates and ensure they deliver tangible results.
  • Leadership Support & Initiative – Help leadership make smart decisions by providing clear reports, valuable insights, and proactive support.

Key Qualifications:
You should be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of your work. Success in this role means:

  • You are experienced in healthcare operations, credentialing, and revenue cycle management. You understand the moving pieces and can keep things running smoothly.
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented. You stay on top of deadlines and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively. Whether it is with leadership, hospital administrators, or external partners, you keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • You know compliance inside and out. You understand credentialing, billing, and healthcare regulations and make sure OECP stays compliant.
  • You take the initiative and solve problems. When something needs to be done, you step up and make it happen without waiting for instructions.

Success Metrics:

  • Credentialing Effectiveness – Stay on top of credentialing and work with MHS and the billing company to make sure clinicians have everything they need—privileges, payer enrollment, and recredentialing—before day one.
  • RCM Effectiveness – Keep a close eye on billing and collections, flag anything that looks off, and escalate issues fast so leadership can step in when needed.
  • Operational Efficiency – Make sure scheduling, reporting, and provider onboarding happen smoothly and on time—no surprises, no delays.
  • Stakeholder Satisfaction – Build strong relationships, keep communication clear, and make sure issues get resolved quickly—because smooth operations depend on it.
  • Project Completion – Get things done—keep projects moving, hit deadlines, and make sure they deliver real value.

If you are someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-moving healthcare environment, and likes solving problems before they become issues, this role is for you. With part-time flexibility, you will focus on the high-impact work that keeps OECP’s hospital operations running smoothly.
