Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- A high level of energy and initiative
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Assist in designing, planning, and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Support the lead teacher in assessing and documenting children’s progress
- Attend weekly grade-level meetings with the Early Childhood Director, Learning Specialist, and School Counselor
- Attend and participate in faculty meetings and department meetings
