REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION LEVEL: |
High school diploma |
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: |
Constant hand-eye/mind-eye coordination, hearing; intermittent keyboarding, use of wrists, hands, fingers, speaking, typing and writing. Frequent filing, sitting, standing and walking |
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: |
Computer skills in data entry, word processing and spread- sheets. Must be able to communicate effectively and have the ability to meet the public. Must demonstrate the ability to handle frequent interruptions and demonstrate initiative. |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES

Responsible for monitoring security at the school’s main entrance.

Monitors school’s parking lot.

Assists students, staff and the public that come into the office area.

Maintains parking lot records through computerized system, and any other records needed.

Answers the telephone and takes messages.

Prepares written communication.

Files materials as necessary.
-
Performs other duties as assigned by the principal or assistant principal.

PAY INFORMATION
Clerical Class I- Level FX, starting at $17.95 per hour

Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
HOURS & FTE
Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid break
1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 9 months

Estimated Start: August 2025
