TENANT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Title: Tenant Services Representative
Status: Non-Exempt
Reports To: Property Manager
Location: Seattle, Washington
Salary Range: $60,000- $65,000 DOE
Washington Holdings, LLC currently has an opening for a Tenant Services Representative. The TSRs are the initial and quite often the primary contact for tenants, outside service providers, and the repairs & maintenance team.

Responsibilities:
· Work in conjunction with the Property Manager to ensure the highest quality service is provided to our tenants
· In cooperation with team members, the typical 40 hr. work week will ensure that Tenant Services is available to our tenants from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
· Receive and respond to tenants’ requests in a full service, first-class manner
· Effectively communicate and coordinate tenant requests utilizing multiple platforms, including a work order system
· Daily communication and support for vendors, service providers, and internal staff
· Actively participate within the property team, providing key coordination support
· Oversee conference room reservations and usage
· Coordinate after hours freight elevator usage
· Coordinate after hours building access requests
· Provide coordination support for building projects
· Ensure timely and accurate management of access control card requests
· Fulfill access card reporting requests along with routine access card audits
· Assist with tenant move in and move outs by coordinating furniture delivery or removal, creation of mailbox and suite keys, telecom installation or removal, and elevator vestibule and lobby directory signage
· Ensure timely and appropriate response to janitorial Work Orders and maintenance reports from the prior night activity
· Provide tenants with information and forms from the Tenant Handbook
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of lost & found items
Minimum Requirements:
· 2 years of college or equivalent work experience
· Excellent phone skills
· Excellent customer service demeanor
· Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally some experience in Work Order software
