Summary of Duties : Under the direction of the Senior Director of Contract Services, the Employee Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefit programs, policies and procedures. Ensures benefits programs are equitable, meet employee needs comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.
