Long time family business specializing in fabrication and installation of all stone surfaces (Granite, Marble, Quartz etc.). Looking for a qualified applicant to manage our commercial division. Average # of jobs is between 50-70 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Price out, sell, and manage commercial projects.
- Oversee and manage projects awarded jobs from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the design team to review schematics and construction plans.
- Manage construction estimating and budgeting processes.
Experience:
- Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction estimating for pricing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
