What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Relations Coordinator position at WASHINGTON NATIONALS?
This position is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Washington Nationals Community Relations (CR) department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the implementation, tracking, and reporting of all tickets donated through the Community Ticket Grant program
- Support the fulfillment and distribution of autographed memorabilia and tickets to community groups
- Assist in the planning and execution of Community Relations events and outreach, including gameday programming (education programs, meet and greets, VIP game-day experiences, pregame ceremonies, and in-game activations)
- Partner with the Senior Director of Youth Programming to develop and evaluate educational programming
- Support management and distribution of the Nationals' free Uniform Program for youth baseball / softball leagues
- Provides administrative oversight (sorting mail, making IT requests, scheduling, etc.) to ensure efficient departmental operations
- Supports the Senior Vice President with civic partnerships, activations, and scheduling
- Other duties as assigned by the Community Relations department

Physical / Environmental Requirements
The projected wage rate for this position is $18.31 - $24.41 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant's : qualifications, skills, expertise, education / training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
