We are now seeking a dynamic, service-dedicated Guest Services Manager to join our team!
What you'll do:
- Responsible for managing and completing a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families and caregivers.
- Participate as an active member of the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services.
- Develop strategic networking and alliances with appropriate business partners and vendors.
- Creates and implements Community Outreach Programs for residents, prospective customers, and the greater community.
- Collaborates with other Leisure Care-managed communities and Leisure Care partners promoting value-added programs and services.
What you'll bring:
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service when interacting with residents, guests and staff.
- Prior experience in hotel hospitality and/or senior services.
- Previous management experience required.
