Restaurant Supervisor
We are seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Leisure Care, where employees inspire older adults to embrace joy and purpose in their lives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation, including training of service staff, organization and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
This role requires a minimum of three years' full table service experience and previous supervisory experience. Experience working with seniors is an asset.
Duties:
- Train and supervise service staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Schedule staff within guidelines to meet business needs
- Direct and assist during peak dining times to ensure smooth operations
