THE POSITION
Washington County's Finance Department is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II to join our team!
The Department
The Washington County Finance Department provides financial management services supporting twenty-one departments across five functional areas of operations: General Government; Public Safety and Justice; Land Use & Transportation; Housing, Health & Human Services; and Culture, Education & Recreation. The Finance Department coordinates the annual budget process, oversees management accounting activities, supports operational transactions and manages cash flow, banking, and investment activities. Procurement services and personal property disposition are also managed within the Department.
The Opportunity
The Finance Business System Analyst II will provide ongoing operational support County financial systems and finance modules within the County’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Washington County is transitioning from an Oracle-based ERP to Workday with systems going live in January 2026. This role will serve as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assist subject matter experts with assuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, analyzing data flows, and documentation of policies and procedures with a focus on improved efficiencies. The Finance Business Systems Analyst II will also support the implementation of financial systems, periodic updates, testing, user training and support, and other technical projects assigned.
This position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
