We’re looking for a Guest Services Lead to help us deliver exceptional experiences for both our guests and employees. If you love working with people, leading a team, and bringing positive energy to everything you do, we want to hear from you!
Schedule: This is a full-time (hourly) position that requires availability for days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
What You’ll Get to Do!
✔ Lead & Inspire – Supervise our Guest Services team, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing training.
✔ Deliver Outstanding Guest Experiences – Assist guests with ticketing, memberships, seating, and event-related inquiries.
✔ Keep Things Running Smoothly – Oversee daily department operations, ensuring coverage for registers, phones, and event support.
✔ Handle Transactions & Reporting – Reconcile sales, process deposits, compile financial reports, and assist with department reporting.
✔ Be a Problem-Solver – Address guest concerns professionally while maintaining our high standards for customer service.
✔ Stay Organized & Efficient – Assist with projects like outbound calls, data entry, mailings, and maintaining team procedures.
✔ Make an Impact! – Work closely with promoters, event organizers, and internal teams to ensure seamless experiences.
What You Bring to the Team!
At least 4 years of customer service experience (supervisory experience is a plus!).
Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.
