PRN Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our highly-skilled team of medical professionals. This position will require the successful candidate to work in collaboration with the rest of the staff to create innovative treatment plans for patients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse population and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a role model and leader in the workplace.
- Ensure proper documentation is complete, accurate and timely.
- Provide patient education and take time to answer questions in a clear manner; not short and vague.
- Follow specific procedures and protocols set forth in company policies and procedures manual; record all necessary data accurately, as well as keep all therapeutic equipment records up-to-date; ensure all documentation is complete, timely, accurate and according to AARC standards. Follow medical direction and comply with hospital policy for quality assurance compliance.
