Summary of Duties:

This position is responsible for coordinating and administering various aspects of a multi-million-dollar ticket sales operation in accordance with National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Pac-12 Conference, Washington State University, and State of Washington bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies as approved by the Director of Ticket Operations. This position's primary role will focus on all aspects of ticket operations for assigned sports.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience coordinating operations and/or sales for events.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.



Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Experience within an athletic ticket office.
  • Working knowledge of Paciolan computer software.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience coordinating game day event sales operations and supervision of sales staff.
  • Experience in conjunction with a major university athletic foundation with an emphasis on priority seating and ticket-based donations.
  • Experience managing sales of tickets for postseason events.

Monthly Salary:

Range 38, $3,096.00 - $4,117.00 (Steps A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
