Job Description:
- Gloucester County, New Jersey.
- Valid New Jersey School Administrator Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years of Superintendent experience, with at least 10 years expereince in central office administration or district-level leadership preferred.
- Demonstrated success as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, or similar leadership role in a diverse and academically rigorous school district.
- Proven ability to build consensus among stakeholders including the Board of Education, staff, families, and community members.
- Deep understanding of curriculum development, instructional best practices, fiscal management, labor relations, and strategic planning.
- Experience working with diverse student populations and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Availability to assume the role with flexibility and stability during a time of leadership transition.
- Familiarity with New Jersey education laws, regulations, and mandates, including QSAC, NJDOE reporting requirements, and board governance.
- Possesses a valid and in good standing NJ drivers license.
- Immediate availability.
