- Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting Windows devices, Chromebooks, and Apple products (MacBooks, iPads, iPhones).
- Experience with device imaging, deployment, and management tools (Microsoft Intune, Google Admin Console, Apple School Manager).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for Education.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (Wi-Fi, VLANs, IP addressing, firewall troubleshooting).
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, projectors, interactive boards, and educational software.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and hardware repairs (RAM, hard drives, screens, batteries)
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work on ladders and in tight spaces (wiring closets, under desks).
- Reliable transportation to travel between school sites.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance may be required.
- Strong customer service skills for supporting teachers, staff, and students.
- Ability to document and track support tickets and inventory.
- Minimum of 3 years of technical support work experience required.
- High school diploma required; IT certifications (CompTIA A , Google IT, Microsoft) preferred.
- Experience in education or enterprise environments is a plus.
