We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant/Paramedic/EMT to join our new specialty medical clinic in Bellevue. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to patients, answering questions and ensuring they understand the treatment process and options.
- Coordinate effectively with the doctor and patients to ensure smooth communication and care.
- Conduct basic patient examinations and procedures, including weight, blood pressure, and other vital signs.
- Prepare and administer injections, including semaglutide and other such medication
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EMR and CRM systems.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the facility efficiently.
- Provide excellent patient service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock of supplies.
Qualifications
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C or MA-R) is required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in a medical administrative or clinical setting is preferred.
- Experience with weight loss programs or injectable treatments is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in EMR and CRM systems is required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn new treatments and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
