What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Management Product Specialist position at Washington Trust?
We are seeking a technically strong, organized, detail oriented, individual to support the Cash Management services suite. This position is located with our Cash Management team in Westerly, RI.
This position will be hybrid remote/on-site in Westerly, RI.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and support the online and ACH product for the Cash Management customer base
Properly manage the use of ACH to minimize operational risk and non-compliance of NACHA, NEACH and FDIC requirements
Maintain compliance standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of procedures.
Manage internal/external audits to include SOX – ACH and Wire, BSA, IT, FDIC, NEACH ACH and Wire
Daily oversite and maintenance of all appropriate documentation for payment systems.
Perform risk assessments
Provide customer support such as onboarding and troubleshooting payments
Billing of ACH Clients
Perform transaction fraud analysis
Monitor system security and user access
Provide support for payment systems to customers and employees
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required, some college a plus
Previous banking experience with a focus on business online banking system administration including ACH origination and NACHA rules
Strong technical skills
Possess strong self-management, organizational, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities
Professional communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to communicate well with internal departments, business banking customers and vendors
