Our Commercial Real Estate Lending team is seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support.
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized candidate to assist our Loan Officers in providing outstanding customer service related to loan processing, servicing, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate funding of loans and prepare onboarding packages for delivery to operations.
- Input commercial loan data for CRA and HMDA records.
- Assist Loan Officers with portfolio management, including UCC renewals, waiver letters, and monitoring collateral.
- Proactively monitor the request and receipt of financial information from borrowers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 2-4 years of experience in a commercial lending or banking environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
