The Coordinator, Philanthropic Strategy Team primarily assists one of the school or priorities focused teams with projects such as meeting, program, and event coordination. Coordinators will also provide database, administrative, and calendar management support services as needed to meet the engagement goals of the team. While working with a specific team, this position reports to the Senior Manager of Support Services, Philanthropic Strategy and is part of an overall administrative team for Philanthropic Strategy.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support a school team with event, meeting, and program coordination. Serve as liaison between the school team and UA events team. Work with the Dean's Office to help coordinate National Council meetings. Coordinate event logistics and collateral (name tags, place cards, menus, programs, meeting packets, signage, etc.). Manage RSVP system and tracking. Create and send event-related communications. Staff events as needed.
- Support school team by coordinating ongoing Executive Director and Dean donor meetings and travel, including strategic itineraries, researching, writing and organizing prospect briefings, working across UA to assemble, consolidate, and organize collateral materials, and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Support the school team with database projects. Request, run, and analyze reports; create, manage, update, and maintain critical data sets; coordinate and manage data related processes in ARCH.
- Manage the school team event calendar and support the staff with their calendaring and scheduling needs. Serve as the team liaison for calendar coordination within University Advancement and schools or initiatives.
- Support the goals of the Philanthropic Strategy vertical with other duties as assigned.
