Position Summary
The Campaign Initiatives & Engagement team (CI&E) plays a pivotal role within University Advancement as a central hub for planning and executing university-wide initiatives such as Make Way: Our Student Initiative and comprehensive campaigns. CI&E collaborates with colleagues across advancement and oversees the coordination of campaign-related volunteer efforts.
CI&E is seeking a dedicated individual to report to the Executive Director and manage ongoing and special projects, including information hubs for UA staff and volunteers, smooth operations of volunteer engagement activities, and various special projects. Candidates should be adept at navigating processes, assessing risks, setting and managing milestones and deadlines, and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and diverse constituencies.
This person must be highly motivated, have keen attention to detail, have excellent project management skills, and the ability to master new technologies. Must also possess the ability to exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment in planning, prioritizing and carrying out work. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential. The individual in this position will collaborate with CI&E and UA partners to ensure that information remains current, organized, and user-friendly.
