Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Written Communications
- Responsible for the development of all written marketing and advertising communications.
- Strong writing proficiency in a variety of capacities with a devotion to grammatical and material accuracy.
- Ability to deliver the right message in the most effective way to reach the target consumer at the appropriate time – in both short-form and long-form copy.
- Write for a wide variety of marketing tactics and communication channels that correspond to the client’s needs as directed by Creative Directors, Design Directors, Sr. Art Directors, and the Executive Creative Director – all while staying true to the brand voice.
- Monitor projects through all phases of production.
- Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time and adhere to client budget and time constraints
- Proofread all copy for quality assurance.
Concepting and Idea Development
- Routinely conceptualizes and develops creative solutions that effectively communicate the strategic intent of an assignment and solves the client’s business and marketing challenges.
- Interact with members of the creative team, especially art directors and creative directors, to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned projects(s) and present them to internal team members.
- Possess solid understanding of the market dynamics and challenges of the medical and higher education categories.
- Present new ideas to members of the team.
Production and Tactical Execution of Projects
- Develop and help assemble presentations.
- Performs other duties as needed.

$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
