Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
- Evaluate and optimize Olin’s digital channel ecosystem to tell a clear, unified brand story that engages key audiences in relevant programs, events and opportunities.
- Define target audiences for social channels and set guidelines for the development of highly engaging content that accounts for platform algorithms.
- Conceive of integrated digital storytelling campaigns aligned to Olin strategies and priorities.
- Work in partnership with Olin content creators (writing, creative, web and video teams) to produce well-written and compelling brand storytelling assets that are optimized for digital ecosystem distribution.
- Own and manage social content publishing platforms inclusive of but not limited to LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, WeChat, Little Red Book.
- Execute digital storytelling campaigns inclusive of earned/owned/paid content targeted to key audiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external social channel representatives to manage for platform algorithm changes and keep informed of emerging earned and paid optimization approaches.
- Defining key program impact (KPIs) measures aligned to strategic plan objectives.
- Track KPIs and report on campaign outcomes, as well as quarterly reporting, to demonstrate impact, key learnings.
- Measure content and campaign impact.
- Monitor and periodically report on competitor landscape.
- Recommend process and strategy improvements to enhance future results.
- Connect campaign results with broader audience journeys managed by separate CRM team.
