The position provides project management for all locally-based projects in the Office of the Dean at the School of Public Health. This role will manage multiple projects and programs from development through implementation. Projects will align with the School of Public Health’s mission and strategic direction. This position reports to the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and Chief of Staff.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides administrative/operational oversight of assigned programs/projects.
- Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with Dean’s Office leadership.
- Creates long- and short-term work plans including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Provides support to the committees and workgroups, including developing agendas, materials, and summaries.
- Maintains and updates work plans and timelines.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
Oversees implementation of project plan; monitors, tracks and evaluates progress.
- Assists in development/management of department budget/finances.
- Updates the implementation plan on a regular basis.
- Tracks, documents, and communicates progress in collaboration with the plan evaluators.
- Contributes to continuous quality improvement and activities to facilitate the utilization of data for decision-making.
- Oversees work of staff and/or student workers.
Performs other duties as assigned.

$49,700.00 - $82,100.00 / Annually The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.Questions
