What You’ll Do
Ensure Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing and adhering to safety standards.
Comprehensive Maintenance Duties: Perform scheduled and unscheduled lubrication of mobile equipment and machinery, service air and coolant systems, and inspect and maintain fluid and battery levels.
Assist: Support Mechanics and Millwrights with tasks as needed, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Minor Repairs: Conduct minor repairs, including Zerk fittings, clamps, and tightening tubular couplings.
Technical Skills: Read and interpret essential prints, sketches, mechanical layouts, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
Planning and Organization: Plan or assist in planning and organizing repair and lubrication tasks. Maintain accurate inventory records related to the position.

Vehicle & Equipment Systems Expertise: Possess a working understanding of vehicle & equipment systems, engines, peripheral engine systems, and their components.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and proficiency in quick, critical thinking.
Technological Proficiency: Show familiarity with modern technology and its applications.
Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
