At Washman Car Wash, we take pride in providing top-notch car wash services with excellent customer care. We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Ride-Thru Car Wash Sales Cashier. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you’ll ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers while processing payments and offering the best service options.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive for service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on membership options, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor car wash lanes and ensure timely processing of vehicles.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
- Promote and sell additional services such as detailing, wax, and other add-ons.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive, professional manner.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Current Position(s) We Are Hiring For:
1 Ride Thru Sales Cashier (Sunday-Monday 7:15AM to 4:00PM, Tuesday-Wednesday 9AM-5:30PM, Thursday 12PM-8:30PM)
