Washman Car Wash is seeking a reliable and motivated Car Wash Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of our car wash facility. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, directing vehicles, assisting with the car wash process, assisting in the full service and detail departments, and ensuring the lot is clean and organized.
Car Wash Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Direct and guide vehicles into appropriate lanes for car wash service.
- Assist with the washing and drying process when necessary.
- Assist with full service interior cleaning and interior detailing when necessary.
- Ensure vehicles are parked correctly and efficiently in the lot.
- Maintain cleanliness of the lot, vacuum areas, and waiting areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Monitor the car wash equipment for proper functioning and report issues.
- Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies such as towels, cleaning products, and other equipment.
