Title: Stipend Position – [Specific Role Title]
Purpose:
To support and enhance student development through co-curricular, non-coaching, or curricular leadership activities in alignment with district goals and student needs.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and implement activities that foster student growth, engagement, and learning.
- Provide supervision and guidance to students participating in assigned activities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring all students feel supported and valued.
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and school administration regarding activity objectives, schedules, and expectations.
- Manage resources and materials efficiently, adhering to district policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other staff members to align activities with the broader educational goals of the district.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and district regulations during activities.
Qualifications:
