Position Description:
This position serves as the primary liaison with general partnership programs. It coordinates the admissions and enrollment processes, supports student success, and manages program logistics and data. This position works to achieve three priorities for the program: (1) Student Success, (2) Healthy Partnerships, (3) Partnership Growth.

- Collaboration & Success: Foster relationships with college partners and students collaborating for enhanced student success in college programs, maintaining proactive communication and commitments with all partners. Consistently strive to improve operations in support of improved student success.
- Enrollment Coordination: Coordinate enrollment processes, including enrollment materials, promotion, events, testing, scheduling, registration, orientation, semesterly billing reports, success reports, and on-site class needs. Engage with regional stakeholders and entities to increase program access and coordinate follow-up with internal departments. Monitor dual enrollment by partnership and assist in formalizing new partnerships.
- Testing Coordination: Partner with entities and WCC Testing Center to facilitate testing availability and coordinate logistics. Monitor academic placement score testing results and work with partners to develop interventions to improve student outcomes and access to college-level enrollment.
- Student Records: Coordinate enrollment admissions process, maintain accurate student records, adjust student status, assist partners with report access, manage student documentation and grade reports. Ensure student records are being utilized according to FERPA regulations.
Related Duties:
- Utilize databases, reports, and dashboards within CRM tools to maintain accurate records and reporting of partnership students.
- Implement early alert processes to monitor and communicate students’ academic progress for all students.
- Review reports on financial invoicing and tuition payments; alert Dean to discrepancies.
- Collaborate to maintain regularly published communications to partners and students through newsletters, websites, or other electronic formats.
- Keep the Manager of Enrollment Services and the Dean of Enrollment Management apprised of all activities supporting partnership enrollment efforts.
- Assist in the processing of time-sensitive enrollment services special projects/processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Work Environment:
Office environment with some day travel required to visit community partners. This position is identified as Work from Home eligible up to two (2) days per week, based on determination that essential duties can 1) be performed outside of the worksite, 2) be performed without access to equipment, material, and files located on campus, 3) be performed without face to face contact with supervisor, students or staff, and 4) be performed remotely with an overall neutral effect on students, co-workers, and the organization as a whole.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 30 pounds to carry materials needed for recruitment fairs and activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, public administration, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in program/project management preferably in higher education or K-12 environment.
- Strong understanding of the college admissions, registration, and enrollment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with partners and students. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee various coordination tasks.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student success.
- Ability to manage and maintain student records with confidentiality and a high level of attention to detail

- Ability to travel to community sites as needed. Personal transportation required. Mileage reimbursed.
- Available to work mornings or afternoons; occasional evenings or weekends required with advanced notice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management, SCT Banner software, and CRM/Salesforce Software.
- Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS).
- Master’s degree in education, business, public administration, or a related field.
- Experience working within higher education admissions or enrollment related functions.
- Experience working with cross-organizational partnership programs.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations of higher education.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities. (English Required; Spanish or Arabic Preferred).
