Job Title: Assistant Site Leader
Job Summary:
The Assistant Site Leader can operate every job function in the site and assists the Site Manager on an ongoing basis.
Duties/Responsibilities :
- Assists with training new team members.
- Helps in overseeing the daily workflow and scheduling of team members.
- Ensures the necessary equipment is available and in working order.
- Participates in the wash process and able to operate all car wash equipment.
- Able to carry out periodic maintenance of equipment and keep them in proper working order.
- Performs daily housekeeping tasks.
- Leads team in conducting daily safety checks on equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.
- Must be physically able to operate and repair equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
