Job Title: Car Wash Greeter
Job Summary:
A Car Wash Greeter performs various functions such as welcoming customers and ensuring they receive great satisfaction with every car wash. **Brand New Incentive Structure** Able to make up $1,600/month or more in bonus!!!!!!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Must be an expert on all the services we provide and be able to educate our customers on services that will fit their needs including selling monthly wash plans.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area.
- Conducts daily safety checks on equipment.
- Performs daily housekeeping.
- Able to assist with periodic maintenance of equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to display courteous and professional attitude with both customers and team members.
- Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as weekends.
- Ability to work outdoors and be efficient in all weather conditions.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must have at least one year of sales or customer service experience.
- On-the-job training provided.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing during car wash operation.
- Must be physically able to operate equipment, which may involve bending, squatting, and crawling.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at times.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
