Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Alignment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive repair, maintenance, and service. The successful applicant will be responsible for aligning and repairing vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including gasoline and diesel engines.
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in the industry.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the work performed.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed, including diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
- Transmitted information to customers regarding their vehicles, including any issues or recommended maintenance.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex issues.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
- Must have a valid Drivers License with good driving record
