Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.

- Coordinate team management activities, including scheduling meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Implement office management procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain phone systems and ensure effective communication within the office.
- Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks.
- Assist with human resources functions, including employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
