Job Description
Wasserman Creative is looking for a committed and proactive Project Manager with experience managing integrated / social media campaigns and content production. You possess the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and make decisions. You’re confident in leading a diverse team of creatives, digital strategists, social media managers, producers and media specialists to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.
This role is based in our Brooklyn, NY // Los Angeles, CA office. Candidates must be willing to work a 3-day hybrid in-office schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables and dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed upon.
- Serve as the partner to the Account Lead while being comfortable in an external client-facing role
- Facilitate communication between all departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Executive Leadership)
- Manage day-to-day project schedules / calendars to track campaign and deliverable milestones
- Develop project plans, identify resourcing / staffing needs and timelines across multiple campaigns
- Conduct and manage internal meetings to review status of all on-going projects
- Monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems while proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance
- Be solutions-oriented and always come to the table with a plan of action
- Oversee the status and creation of all ideas / assets during all stages of production
- Oversee post-production timelines, development of all assets, QCing and managing final delivery Set and define new processes as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of project management experience at a creative advertising agency, preferably in integrated / social media campaigns and video content production
- Deep knowledge and understanding of creative planning, production and asset management processes; on-set experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast pace environment
- Experience implementing social media, digital & integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Able to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, with the ability to mediate and navigate tense and stressful situations positively without panic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Unparalleled commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, travel as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications and project management software such as Asana
Base salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 plus bonus potential. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each hire.
