Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team and help grow our relationship with a tech-focused brand. Responsibilities
- Managing, maintaining, and growing the relationship with the client and key stakeholders, responding promptly to all client and internal requests
- Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects
- Provide client-service administration, including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls, compiling reports, scheduling (in partnership with Project Manager), and organizing logistics
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Strategy, Project Management, and Creative departments to write a strong inspiring agency brief and concept based on the client’s initial brief
- Influence the development of the highest quality creative work by sharing knowledge of the client, business, and brand and demonstrate strong creative judgment and strategic recommendations
- Managing projects and creative timelines with the client. Working closely with producers to adhere to production schedules.
- 2-3 years experience as an Account Coordinator/Account Executive or related role in an advertising agency or marketing agency
- Experience in implementing social media campaigns and support managing social media managers and editorial calendars for a brand.
- Ability to develop detailed plans and assist in running team meetings, identify and resolve issues and manage risk
- Detail-focused with strong communication skills: persuasive, strategic, proactive, diplomatic
- Ability to forge strong relationships with clients as well as internal stakeholders
- Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
