Duties
- Process client creative briefs for new project work, and develop a creative team in partnership with Resourcing
- Assembles the working creative team and maintains a shared project management platform for all internal work, ensuring other team members are using the platform and following workflow guidelines
- Understands brand guidelines and ensures creative work is consistent to guidelines and client feedback
- Can effectively communicate information with internal team and external clients
- Work with internal teams and vendors to create production schedules
- Routes work between all responsible parties in all stages of project development as needed
- Facilitates team and client meetings for reviews of creative work
- Prepares regular status reports for daily, weekly and monthly meetings
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before distributing to client
- Ensures assets are complete, current, and archived properly
- Resolves issues in a timely manner
- Manages both internal and external approvals
- Manages project time-tracking and ensuring your team logs hours weekly
- 3-5 Years Project Management Experience within a design, marketing, or other creative services agency
- Proficiency with project timeline management, risk assessment, project management software (Asana, Monday.com, or Airtable)
- Must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
- Understands creative deliverables for both digital and physical / fabricated mediums
- General understanding of design and marketing terminologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable moving from long-form (email) to short form (Slack) and guiding internal team meetings with agendas
- General interest in sports, entertainment music
