This individual serves as a strategic partner to both creative and operational leadership, working to align team capabilities with project requirements, forecast resource needs, and maintain balanced workloads that support both business success and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically assign creative team members to projects based on skillset, availability, brand experience, and growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Creative Directors, and department leads to understand project scopes and timelines and to accurately forecast resourcing needs.
- Monitor and manage workloads across the creative team, proactively identifying capacity issues and recommending adjustments or additional support as needed.
- Maintain and optimize resourcing planning tools and trackers (e.g., ASANA) to reflect real-time allocations and staffing projections.
- Provide reporting and insights on team utilization, availability, and potential skills gaps.
- Assist in developing creative fee and budget estimates for upcoming and new business projects.
- Serve as an advocate for the creative team, balancing workload demands with individual growth, morale, and long-term development goals.
- Collaborate with HR and recruiting to support onboarding of creative hires and freelance talent, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
- Track and manage freelance contracts, including renewal timelines and performance feedback.
- Act as a liaison between creative and operational teams, facilitating clear communication around resourcing priorities and timelines.
- Attend and contribute to weekly resourcing and project meetings to stay aligned with current and upcoming project needs.
- Assist in drafting internal communications and support the planning of departmental meetings and initiatives.
- 3–6 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a similar resourcing role within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with creative teams and a strong understanding of creative workflows and terminology.
- Proficient in resource management platforms (experience with ASANA preferred) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Emotionally intelligent, collaborative, and capable of navigating sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
