Someone with a proven eye for design who can translate a brand’s aesthetic into meaningful creative while collaborating closely with an integrated team of 3D artists, producers and account leads.What You’ll Do–Alongside our Design Director and talented team of creatives, you’ll craft visually bespoke experiences for a variety of top-tier clients. From deck design to branding to experiential spaces, you’ll support our studio team from inception through final production on projects that push the boundaries of what a brand can be.Other Responsibilities–Maintain an understanding of clients' brand and design needsDevelop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team membersCreate beautiful work for all visual aspects of a project, ensuring brand standards are adhered toStay on top of contemporary trends and infuse them into your craftHave a working knowledge of digital and physical formats and how to design for eachManage time and work across concurrent projects ensuring deadlines aren’t missedExcellent communication skills, presenting internally and to clients as neededRegular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability and promptnessMinimum Qualifications : 5 years relevant industry experienceStrong design and conceptual skillsAdvanced knowledge in Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding of print productionAbility to work in PowerPoint, Keynote, Office SuiteProactive ability to think strategically and creativelyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and highly organizedAbility to multi-taskCompensation : Base salary range : $70 - 90K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills / training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
