The Group Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to provide support to their immediate team, including Agent Assistants, and Booking Coordinators along with Agents and Senior Leadership of the assigned working group. The Group assistant will work alongside support staff, to maintain workflow

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities
- Handling ticket counts – collecting, data entry and reports.
- Tracking contracts and deposits.
- Entering offers.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Based in New York.
- 1 year of professional or internship experience within the music industry.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Proactive, reliable, resourceful and assertive when necessary.
- Must demonstrate poise and tact and be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ever-changing priorities, and interface with clients and C-level management with grace while understanding and maintaining confidentially and professionalism.
