Job Description

Summer 2025 – Football Intern

This internship is for college credit only. Candidates must submit proof of credit in writing from their college or university. This position is an on-site role, candidates must be able to come into our Las Vegas based office 2-3 times per week and fulfill all hours in office.

The Football Intern will play an integral role in preparing for key events such as the NFL Combine, NFL Draft, NFL training camp, recruiting meetings, free agency, All-Star Games, Super Bowl, and Pro Bowl. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional sports environment, where the intern will contribute to various projects involving NFL depth charts, roster movement, statistical analysis, marketing outreach, and client services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for football, an eagerness to learn, and strong organizational skills.

This is an internship position designed for individuals passionate about football and interested in gaining hands-on experience in the sports industry. The intern will work closely with various teams and departments, providing exposure to a wide range of tasks related to the NFL and college football.

Key Responsibilities

  • NFL Depth Charts: Assist in updating and maintaining NFL depth charts for all positions, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Roster Movement Tracking: Monitor and document NFL roster changes across all teams, staying up-to-date with player trades, releases, and signings.
  • Client Sales Sheets: Create and update customized sales sheets for clients, highlighting key football data, player profiles, and relevant statistics.
  • Recruiting Materials: Develop and design recruiting materials for both NIL and NFL recruiting needs.
  • Statistical Analysis: Analyze and compile football statistics, producing reports on player performance, team metrics, and trends to support scouting and recruiting efforts.
  • Marketing Outreach: Assist with marketing efforts for free products, including outreach to potential partners and maintaining communication records.
  • NFL News and Updates: Stay current on all NFL-related news, including player injuries, team updates, league changes, and trending topics.
  • Client Services Tracking: Track and log client services requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and accurately to meet client service member's needs.
  • NIL and Product Research: Conduct research on Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for athletes and stay updated on product trends that could benefit clients or improve the overall offering.

Requirements

  • Currently getting a college degree, preferably in law, business, marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field
  • Strong passion for football and knowledge of the NFL and college football landscape
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe InDesign or Canva) is a plus
  • Ability to analyze and interpret football statistics and player data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Important Information

  • Must be able to commit 15 - 20 hours per week. All hours must be completed in office
  • All applicants must come into our Las Vegas based office 2-3x times per week
  • This is an onsite opportunity. No remote work
  • This internship is for college credit only
  • The summer internship program runs from May 26th – July 31st
