Our Nursery Team is vital to both plant health and customer satisfaction. As a Nursery Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products, helping load merchandise, and delivering nursery goods to customers' homes. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficiency are essential to succeeding in this role.
- Assist in maintaining all bulk and hardscaping material at the nursery
- Loading/unloading of customer plant material, bagged goods, and vendor products
- Load customers with bulk material via Skid Steer
- Restock bagged product as needed
- Property maintenance for aesthetics
- Assist customers with nursery bulk good related questions
- Assist with deliveries and installations as needed
- Assist landscape department with logistics of equipment
