What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer position at Waste Connections US, Inc?
Pahrump Valley Disposal, Inc. , a Waste Connections company, is looking to hire a General Laborer at our Material Recovery Facility in Pahrump, NV !
The starting pay will be $16.50 per hour . The pay range for this job category is $16.50 - $18 per hour. We also offer great family benefits, a 401k match, paid vacation, etc.
The schedule will be Monday - Friday 6am-2 : 30pm.
Responsibilities Include :
Sorting out garbage from the conveyor
Maintaining the cleanliness of the MRF area
Operating the baler
Operating a forklift
Assuming custodial duties as needed, such as sweeping, and sanitizing
Other manual labor as needed
Requirements :
Must be able to will work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand continually through entire 8 hour shift
Must be able to work outdoors
