What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator position at Waste Connections US, Inc?
We are looking for a Equipment Operator to join the team in McKinney, Texas. In this position you will be working at our recycling center . You will be operating equipment such as loaders, forklifts, and yard trucks. You will be responsible for routine inspection and maintenance on the equipment such as checking oil, water, and tires.
This is a physical job working in all weather conditions. Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm start time typically working 11 hour days there might be occasional Saturdays for special projects and emergency situations. Because of all the OT you will make over $52,000 per year plus we offer family benefits, 401k, vacation, and year round OT.
Pay : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Job Requirements –
- 1 year of experience operating equipment
- Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Salary : $52,000
